Gregory & Appel Insurance has promoted Christina Kelley to chief operating officer. She has served as vice president, manager of commercial operations since 2017. Under her leadership, the commercial lines operations have implemented new efficiencies and technology initiatives to enhance client and employee experience.

Kelley previously served as business operations director for the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County and as a senior manager for KPMG LLP.  She has a Master of Arts from IUPUI and holds a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University.
