Indianapolis-based tech company Greenlight Guru is continuing its rapid growth. The company, which produces quality management software for medical device companies, has launched the latest version of its platform with plans to add 14 jobs over the next quarter.

Greenlight Guru operates out of The Union 525 in downtown Indy and aims to help medical device companies bring their products to market more quickly. The company’s new Multi-Level Design Control allows clients to track very complex medical device designs in real time in what it says is a first-of-its-kind solution.

"The first release of our Design Control software was a game-changer for traceability,” said Jon Speer, founder of Greenlight Guru. "Medical devices routinely have multiple components that have different design and production cycles that need to be managed separately. Multi-Level Design Controls allow for complete unity in digital workspaces to further expedite product quality."

A spokesperson for Greenlight Guru says the new jobs will come in addition to the 120 jobs the company plans to add by 2020. When this round of hiring is complete, the company will have 48 employees on staff, nearly 20 more than it reported at the end of January.
