An Indianapolis-based company that makes quality management software for the medical device industry is beginning to bear the fruits of its investment. Greenlight Guru, which last year moved into The Union 525 downtown and announced plans to add up to 120 jobs by 2020, says nine of the new employees are slated to be added in the first quarter.

The company, which currently employs 29, says total revenue doubled year-over-year. Chief Executive Officer David DeRam says "we’re experiencing tremendous growth and bringing on some big name customers. Companies are now losing no time embracing modern solutions specifically tailored to their industries. These companies are more equipped and more competitive. They get higher quality products to market faster, with less risk, more features, and ahead of the competition."

Positions expected to be added in the coming months include marketing, sales, software development and customer success. The company launched its new Grow product in October and says new customers added last year include West Lafayette-based Cook Advanced Technologies and AbCam in Massachusetts.
