South Bend-based Great Lakes Capital has added Dustin Adams as director of finance. He previously served as director of finance: pricing and analytics at Better World Books. While there Adams developed and led strategic analysis, improved revenue reporting, and created the fiscal plan. He has extensive experience in the financial sector, working for 1st Source Bank to finance complex commercial solar power projects, as well as trading in the energy futures market.

Adams is a graduate of Purdue University where he majored in actuarial science and statistics, and earned an MBA from Indiana University. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is currently working to obtain his CPA license. Adams serves on the board of the Food Bank of Northern Indiana.
