Grace College in Kosciusko County has announced it will offer free tuition for low-income families in Indiana next fall through a combination of federal, state and institutional aid. The private school says to qualify, families must have an Adjusted Gross Income of $65,000 or less
The tuition plan is awarded only to Indiana residents who complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the Indiana state deadline. The award is valid for both residential and commuter students.
“We have many students who fit the criteria and live locally,” said Mark Pohl, vice president of enrollment management. “This means they are going to have tuition covered without any student loans. Hundreds of our already admitted students qualify, and many have made plans to attend Grace this fall.”
