Governor to Present Awards During Black Expo

Governor Mike Pence will honor several Hoosiers for community service during a ceremony this afternoon at the Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration in Indianapolis. The Governor's Awards for Achievement will include the 2013 Sam Jones Trailblazer Award. Pence will also present the Acheivement in Cultural Heritage, Achievement in Business & Entrepreneurship, Achievement in Civic Leadership and Rev. Charles Williams awards.
