The Indiana Republican Party says President Donald Trump will make an appearance in Indiana next week. Specific details regarding the visit, including a location, have not yet been released.

In a tweet posted Tuesday, the Indiana GOP simply said, "More details to come."

Trump last visited Indiana in late November to announce a deal with Connecticut-based United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX) to keep more than 1,000 jobs at the Carrier Corp. plant in Indianapolis, about 800 of which were slated to move to Mexico. Earlier this summer, Carrier began the layoff process for more than 630 jobs that were not part of the deal with Trump.

Inside INdiana Business will have more information on the president’s visit when it becomes available.
