Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana have promoted Shelley Ashley, Anne Davis, Victor Mai and Brodie Sears to vice president. Ashley’s new role is vice president of mission initiatives after previously serving as a senior director of mission advancement. Davis is now vice president of education after previously serving as senior director of education services. Mai’s new role is vice president of of manufacturing operations after most recently serving as senior director of manufacturing operations of Goodwill Commercial Services and Sears’ new role is vice president of retail, facilities and real estate after most recently serving as senior director of retail operations.
