The Goodwill Foundation of Central & Southern Indiana has promoted Rachel Eble to vice president. She has served as director of advancement since 2018. Prior to joining the organization, Eble served as associate director of the Central Indiana Land Trust. Eble is a graduate of the University of Colorado.
