Ice Miller LLP has hired Sara Gonso Tait as a partner in its Public Affairs Group. She will focus her practice on gaming and other regulated industries including crypto currency, cannabis, and alcohol. Gonso Tait most recently served as executive director of the Indiana Gaming Commission, where she was chief regulator of Indiana’s 13 casinos, an industry that brings in more than $500 million in tax revenue each year and employs more than 12,000 people. She received her juris doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
