Girl Talk Inc. has added Candice Hall and Toni Richins to its board of directors. Hall will hold the board position of financial advisor. She serves as commercial finance and channel development director with Stanley Security. Hall earned her B.S. in accounting from Purdue University and her MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business.

Also, Toni Richins will hold the board position of strategy advisor. She is co-founder and chief executive officer of HRtisan Solutions LLC. Richins has more than 20 years of experience facilitating profitability through the development and management of human resources operations. She has led HR for multiple M&A transactions. Richins’ accomplishments includes leading global-wide employee effectiveness campaigns, organizational development and leadership strategies for more than 7,000 global employees. She holds a MS in human resources development from Villanova University.
