Gibson has named Lisa Thomas senior client manager. She is responsible for working with the client executive to determine overall risk management program goals and developing strategies to achieve those goals. In addition, Thomas manages the insurance renewal process. She also acts as the central point of communication to coordinate service requests with team members and underwriters to communicate insurance program needs.

She previously served as an account executive/CL team lead at an independent agency in Indianapolis. Thomas has gained experience in transportation risks, providing health and workers’ compensation benefits, driver placement and DOT regulations.
