Gibson CEO to Give ISU Commencement Speech

The Chief Executive Officer of South Bend-based Gibson is returning to his alma mater. Tim Leman will give the commencement address at Indiana State University May 7.
Leman graduated from Indiana State in 1997. The Fort Wayne native says he plans to talk about "being unconditional" in his address to the graduating Sycamores.
"It has to do with not setting limits for yourself," says Leman. "We all have a tendency to place glass ceilings on what we’re doing. Being unconditional is about not having any limits – not just better or higher ones."
The university will hold two commencement ceremonies on May 7. The first will be held at 10:00 a.m. for the College of Arts and Sciences and the Bayh College of Education. The second will be held at 2:00 p.m. for the Scott College of Business, College of Health and Human Services and the College of Technology.
