Gaming Revenue Rises in April

The state reports adjusted gross revenue was $195 million, up from $187 million during the same month last year.
Of the state’s 13 gaming operations, 10 reported increases in revenue, including Tropicana Evansville, which up $1.6 million to $11.1 million. Indiana Grand Casino in Shelbyville saw a $1.4 million increase, bringing its April total to $22.5 million.
Belterra Casino Resort in Florence saw the biggest dip in the state, dropping more than $300,000 to $9.2 million last month. Horseshoe Southern Indiana Hotel and Casino fell more than $100,000 to just under $21 million.
