Fullsteam Acquires Indy’s RICS Software

Alabama-based holding company Fullsteam has acquired Indianapolis-based RICS Software Inc., a provider of point-of-sale and inventory management software for footwear and apparel retailers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The RICS platform offers mobile and traditional point-of-sale software, inventory management and reporting, and connectivity between retailers and brands through product catalogs, electronic ordering, and inventory availability.
“We are extremely excited about bringing RICS Software into the Fullsteam family of companies,” said Fullsteam Chief Executive Officer Michael Lawler. “In the footwear and apparel retail industry, RICS delivers an exceptional product and customer support experience.”
As part of the acquisition plan, Fullsteam says Chief Executive Officer Jason Becker will continue to lead the company’s day-to-day operations.
“We are thrilled to join the Fullsteam portfolio of SaaS companies and to be stronger for our employees, clients, and partners as a result,” Becker said. “Fullsteam enables us to combine our best-in-class software with payments technology that strategically enhances our offerings.”
