FullStack PEO has promoted Dawn Lively to chief executive officer. She is a co-founder of the firm and previously served as chief operating officer. FullStack provides a variety of HR services, including payroll and benefits administration, HR compliance, employee relations support and talent management for small businesses, specifically in the technology and professional services sectors.

Under Lively’s leadership, FullStack tripled its revenue from July 1, 2020 to July 1, 2021 and grew to 6 full-time employees and a handful of part-time team members. FullStack provides its HR outsourcing services in more than 40 states, as the COVID-19 pandemic has propelled FullStack clients to hire remote employees that are the most talented and best fit for their companies.
