The nonprofit says Sawyers began his new duties this month.
Full Strength Network says it connects pastors and ministry leaders throughout the country with resources to monitor their well-being and prevent burnout. The nonprofit’s pastoral care network includes more than 400 professional caregivers and coaches.
Full Strength Network founder and former President and CEO Hugh White will continue on the leadership team as he transitions to retirement later this year.
“Hugh White took on a major endeavor in developing and then launching Full Strength Network. This was a passion project for him. He will continue to provide Marty and the staff with insight he has gained from more than 31 years in leadership at Brotherhood Mutual and then the past four at Full Strength Network,” said Mark Robison, Full Strength Network board member.
Sawyers served as executive pastor at Cornerstone Church in Chandler, Arizona for the past 10 years, along with serving on the board of directors for Valley Christian Schools in Chandler.
