Rothberg Logan & Warsco LLP in Fort Wayne has named Daniel “Bo” Holden a partner in its business transactions practice group. He has served the firm since 2017. 

His practice is centered on the transactional needs of businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, the purchase, sale, and development of commercial real estate, construction law, regulatory compliance and succession planning.

Holden received a bachelor of arts, magna cum laude, from Taylor University in 2002. He received his juris doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2009.
