Frost Brown Todd Indianapolis member Edwin Broecker has been appointed chairman of the Corporate Compliance subcommittee of the American Bar Association Business Law Section. He will serve a three-year term on the 1,000 member committee that helps compliance professionals in developing compliance programs. Broecker previously chaired the Internal Investigations subcommittee and also worked in the Working Group Model Contract Clauses. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College and J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
