Frost Brown Todd has added William Williams II as a member of the firm’s regulated business practice group. He will focus on clients in the insurance industry. Williams most recently served as deputy general counsel of UnitedHealthcare. He brings more than 22 years of experience representing licensed health and life insurance companies.
