Fort Wayne-based Franklin Electric Inc. this week announced two new additions to its executive leadership team.
Jennifer Wolfenbarger has been appointed the company’s new chief financial officer and chief accounting officer, while Daniela Williams will serve as chief human resources officer.
Wolfenbarger most recently served as a divisional CFO for Owens Corning in Toledo, Ohio and previously held leadership roles at Michigan-based Stryker and Illinois-based Caterpillar Inc.
“Jennifer’s experience is exceptional, and we could not have selected a more well-rounded and dynamic candidate to fill this position,” Franklin Electric CEO Joe Ruzynski said in a news release. “She is value-driven to the core, and her passion for implementing continuous improvement will be an incredible asset to our people, our shareholders and our customers.”
Willaims most recently served as vice president of people and culture at automotive technology firm Visteon Corp. in Michigan, where she oversaw all HR functions and global talent acquisition.
“Daniela has a well-established reputation for leading and managing talent at a global scale,” Ruzynski said. “Her expertise spans HR technology, talent development, analytics and global workforce strategy, and she’ll play a critical role in ensuring we are organized to serve our customers well into the future.”
Franklin Electric manufactures systems and components, including motors and pumps, designed for the movement of water and energy for residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, municipal, and fueling applications.
