Fort Wayne-based Franklin Electric (Nasdaq: FELE) has acquired residential and commercial water treatment products and services provider Puronics Inc., headquartered in California. Franklin Electric says the acquisition was an all-cash transaction, but financial terms were not disclosed.
Puronics owns and operates four service centers and serves more than 130 independent water quality dealers across 31 states.
