Frankfort is set to hire its first community development director. A search committee recommended Annie Bacon who was approved for the position Monday night by city council members.
Bacon’s background includes insurance and accounting work and will now be charged with building a new city department that will focus on economic prosperity. She will also be the lead marketing agent and communications director for the city.
“I am excited about this opportunity to contribute to the development and promotion of our city in the capacity of Community Development Director.
