A Clinton County business is back in the Super Bowl spotlight. A team from Shoup's Country Foods in Frankfort will manage crews from around 40 caterers during a VIP tailgate party before Sunday's big game. The Journal and Courier in Lafayette reports 11,000 people are expected to attend the pre-Super Bowl event. The sisters behind Shoup's Country Foods say it is the third year they will be in charge of catering management at the Super Bowl.

Their first event was the 2012 Super Bowl in Indianapolis.

The Indiana crew left Saturday and will spend the week preparing for Sunday, with cleanup planned for the day after the game.Source: Journal and Courier
