Franciscan St. Francis Health has named two directors. Annette Seabrook has been appointed administrative director of neurosciences. She has served as the interim director of neurosciences the last five months. Seabrook has worked for Franciscan St. Francis since 2010. She is a licensed physical therapist. Sharon Annee has been appointed administrative director of orthopedics. She most recently served as manager of inpatient therapy services and outpatient specialty services. Previously, Annee was the team leader of orthopedics and medical-surgical inpatient physical therapy at Mooresville.
