Franciscan Health Orthopedic Hospital Carmel has promoted Charles Randolph to director of patient care services. He most recently was director of clinical informatics and project co-director of hospital expansion for Franciscan Health Central Indiana. Randolph holds a bachelor’s degree from Marian University and a master’s degree from the University of Indianapolis.
