Franciscan Alliance Names Chief Nursing Officer

Therady will oversee all nursing-related operations at the Alliance’s 12 hospitals and will work closely with top executives and clinical leadership. She most recently served as system chief nursing officer for Franciscan Health Central Indiana and previously held the same position at Cook County Health and Hospitals in Chicago. Therady also was associate director of patient care services at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She is board-certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing from SNDT Women’s University Mumbai, India and her doctorate in philosophy from Benedictine University.
