Foster Success Hires Basic Needs Coordinator

Foster Success has hired Andrea Stokes as basic needs coordinator. She most recently was a graduate student at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies. Stokes holds a bachelor’s degree from Tuskegee University and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
