A public meeting is set for Friday to discuss the future of passenger train service between Indianapolis and Chicago. Several groups and state officials from Indiana and Illinois will take part in the event. August 28, 2014

What: Indianapolis Forum on Passenger Rail

Why: The fate of the Hoosier State passenger rail service between Indianapolis and Chicago will be decided soon. Hear from INDOT, Corridor Capital, Greater Lafayette Commerce and other rail experts about this important transportation service for Indiana.

When: Friday, August 29th – 9 am to 12 noon

Location: Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORs – 1912 N. Meridian St. , Indianapolis
