The city of Fort Wayne is set to detail a partnership involving Wi-Fi technology in the city's downtown. A deal with Frontier Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: FTR) will be announced Wednesday morning during a news conference. Last year, the city of Frankfort and Plymouth Industrial Development Corp. announced a free Wi-Fi program in its business district.

Fort Wayne is continuing efforts to draw more businesses and residents downtown.
