Fort Wayne Shell Building Finds Tenant
A LaGrange County-based auto supplier has taken control of a Fort Wayne shell building. Our partners at 21 Alive WPTA-TV in Fort Wayne report Nishikawa Cooper LLC, which makes sealing systems for several automotive customers, has purchased the building near I-69. The city partnered with multiple developers to build the facility in 2013. The 60,000 square-foot building is across from Interstate-69.
Nishikawa Cooper makes sealing systems for automotive customers including Honda, Nissan, Chrysler, Toyota, Subaru and Mazda. The company is based in Topeka, Indiana.
