The first Fort Wayne location for Ruth’s Chris Steak House will begin serving guests next month. The $3 million restaurant, which will be Ruth’s Chris’ fourth in Indiana, is set to open its doors May 7 at the new Skyline Tower in the city’s downtown.
Plans for the restaurant were first announced in February 2016. Located within the $40 million development in Fort Wayne’s business district, the 13,000-square-foot restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor dining for 280 guests, private dining and event space, as well as garage access parking.
The new restaurant is located near the Grand Wayne Convention Center, Parkview Field and Embassy Theatre.
"Joining the Fort Wayne market and collaborating with the city has been a rewarding experience," said Ryan Rans, Ruth’s Chris franchise owner. "The overall revitalization of downtown Fort Wayne is transforming the city which provides new dining, entertainment and business services to local residents and out of town guests."
Ruth’s Chris also has two locations in Indianapolis and one in South Bend.
