Fort Wayne roofing contractor acquired by Illinois company

Fort Wayne-based window and roofing services provider Centurion Exteriors is under new ownership. The company has been acquired by Illinois-based exterior services company Stronghouse, though financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal marks Stronghouse’s first foray into Indiana and second acquisition since its founding in 2021.
Centurion was founded in 2015 and provides exterior remodeling services in northern Indiana, southern Michigan and northwest Ohio. Stronghouse said the acquisition will provide strategic direction, centralized support and drive efficiencies for Centurion.
“We’re proud to join forces with Stronghouse, a team that truly aligns with our commitment to excellence and long-term growth,” Centurion founder and CEO John Quillen said in a news release. “From the start, they asked constructive questions about our business and the outcome has been a smart, strategic approach to help us scale sustainably while continuing to deliver top-tier exterior services to homeowners.”
It was not clear if any jobs would be negatively affected by the acquisition. A spokesperson for Stronghouse did not immediately respond to a request from Inside Indiana Business for more information.
Centurion Exteriors will become a portfolio company for Stronghouse alongside several others, including Capital Construction, Infinity Roofing & Siding, and Marshall Building & Remodeling.
