The city of Fort Wayne has promoted Kelly Lundberg to deputy director for community development of the Office of Housing and Neighborhood Services. She previously served as an administrator. Lundberg has worked for the city since 2004. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a Master’s of Public Management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IPFW.
