Fort Wayne Companies Merge

Fort Wayne-based Mosaic Building Solutions and E&V Construction have announced a merger. The combined company will operate using Mosaic’s name and headquarters. Mosaic President Jake Fetters says the move will allow the companies to move forward with "more synergy and scalability."

Mosaic, which was founded last year, and the 37-year-old E&V Construction say the merger will result in a local leadership team with decades of experience. 

Mosaic says it will take on E&V’s 13 employees. They combined operation is based in Mosaic’s headquarters on Ruston Pass in Fort Wayne. Leaders with both companies say they believe the merger will bring more value to their clients.

The merger took effect August 1.
