FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce, now part of Greater Fort Wayne Inc., announces the hiring of Justin Clupper as Graduate Retention Program Manager.

Clupper grew up in Columbia City, where he attended Columbia City High School. After graduation, he attended Taylor University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication in 2007. At Taylor, Clupper was general manager of WTUR-FM for three and a half years.

Before being hired by The Chamber, Clupper served as Director of Special Events for three years at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art, where he developed and reorganized the Special Events Department after a multi-year dormancy; created all-new facility rental policies, procedures, contracts and billing procedures; and organized all museum-related events including the annual Gala, Chalk Walk and Trolley Tour.

Clupper has recently served as vice president of social programming for Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana and continues to be involved in the administration of the organization. He has also received the 40 Under 40 recognition from Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly in 2013.

He resides in Fort Wayne with his wife Jessica and their labradane Buddha.
