Two Fort Wayne accounting firms have merged. Hunsche CPA Group says its merger with Management & Tax Services is part of efforts to combine resources and position for future growth.

Each firm plans to continue to do business under its own name and location. The firms expect to add administrative positions and one to two new CPAs over the next few years.

“[The merger] will bring the full complement of accounting, tax, payroll and attest services under one roof and establish one of the largest locally-owned accounting firms in the area,” said Mike Hunsche, CPA. “We want to position ourselves to grow for the future and best serve our clients.”

The full-service accounting firms provide tax preparation, bookkeeping and payroll, among others.
