Formstack Appoints COO and CPO

Formstack has appointed Rob Lawrence chief operating officer and Richard Yu chief product officer. Lawrence was most recently senior vice president of strategy and corporate development for LogMeIn in Boston and holds a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Yu was most recently senior vice president of product at Litmus in San Francisco.
