Our partners at WOWO in Fort Wayne report Ryne Krock is accused of making thousands of dollars worth of unauthorized credit card purchases.
Krock has turned himself into the LaGrange County Jail. Citing an Indiana State Police Officer, WOWO says the charges stem from an internal audit of the EDC that are reported to have turned up about $4,000 in unauthorized credit card purchases by Krock.
Two of the theft charges are Level 6 felonies and one is a Class A misdemeanor. The purchases, WOWO reports, took place between June 1, 2016 and December 31, 2017.
Krock was named head of the EDC in March of 2015 and the organization announced he was leaving for a private sector position in January.
