Former IEDC Chief Exploring Bid for Governor

Eric Doden has formed a gubernatorial campaign committee for 2024 and plans a listening tour visiting all 92 Indiana counties.
Doden would be running as a Republican. The person who receives the Republican nomination would replace Governor Eric Holcomb, who will be unable to seek re-election due to term limits.
Doden was named IEDC president in 2012 by then-Governor Mike Pence. He also served as chief executive officer of Greater Fort Wayne Inc. from 2015-2018. He currently serves as president of Pago USA, a development company in Indianapolis.
