The New Jersey-based company that acquired Cook Pharmica in Bloomington last October is making some organizational changes. Catalent Inc. (NYSE: CTLT) has selected former Cook Pharmica President Tedd Green to serve as senior vice president of Catalent Biologics.

In his new role, Green will be responsible for the company’s entire biologics business and will operate out of Catalent’s Bloomington facility. Catalent says the 875,000-square-foot facility will provide "comprehensive biologics development, analytical services, and drug substance and drug product manufacturing."

Catalent has also named Ryan Hawkins general manager of the Bloomington site. Hawkins served in a variety of roles with Cook Pharmica over the past 10 years, including chief operating officer.

In addition to the appointments of Green and Hawkins, the company has named Mike Riley vice president and general manager of drug substance and bioanalytical services for Catalent Biologics. Cory Lewis will take over the new role of vice president and general manager of the Catalent Biologics Drug Product business.

Cook Group sold Cook Pharmica to Catalent in October in a $950 million deal.
