The future of the former College Football Hall of Fame building in South Bend is once again unceterain The South Bend Tribune reports the city's short-term lease with Ivy Tech Community College ended this month. The Redevelopment Commission extended Ivy Tech's lease for two months, but did so with the understanding that the city is free to market the former museum site to other investors.

The building was constructed in 1995 for about $18 million, but today the 52,000 square-foot building, which has been vacant since 2012, is valued at less than $3 million.
