Elkhart-based FM Construction has hired Jan O’Donnell and Robert Thatcher as project managers and estimators. O’Donnell previously served as a project manager for a commercial glazing company in Naples, Florida. Thatcher most recently served as director of franchise and real estate development for Goshen-based Ben’s Soft Pretzels.

Prior to her time in construction O’Donnell worked in law enforcement for 15 years which included four years as a juvenile detention officer supervisor and 11 years as a 911 dispatcher both in Florida and in Edina, Minnesota.

Thatcher also served as general manager and director of leasing of Concord Mall in Elkhart.
