Kendallville-based Flint & Walling has promoted Ben Painter to national accounts manager – wholesale. In his new role, he will be accountable for the management of several national accounts, as well as management and support of the current wholesale sales team. Painter brings 13 years of experience in the water systems and plumbing industry and has been with the company for eight years. His career began in water treatment assembly and transitioned to sales and support of two different Indianapolis based plumbing supply distributors while pursuing his business degree. 

In 2010, Painter started at Flint & Walling as a district manager with responsibilities in seven states. In 2014, he was promoted to regional manager encompassing nearly one third of the country.
