Flexware to Break Ground on Headquarters

Fishers-based engineering services firm, Flexware Innovation Inc., will break ground today on its new headquarters near the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater. The $3.5 million project is a 35,000-square-foot office building.
The building includes 12,000 square feet of office space for Flexware and a build-to-suit area in the remaining space.
The city of Fishers will build a 100-space public parking lot which will be free and open to the public after 6 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.
Flexware Innovation announced plans for the project last year, and aims to create 68 new jobs when it is complete.
