Indianapolis-based Avance Design has promoted Bill Fletcher to Business Development & Marketing Manager. Fletcher has served with the company for two years and has previous experience in CNC machine tool equipment sales. He will also oversee the company’s website, digital content and marketing campaigns. Fletcher holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Purdue University.
