FlashPoint Leadership Consulting has hired Heather Ollanketo (pictured) as director of finance and operations and promoted Rachel Tomasik (pictured) to consultant and Madison Horth to associate consultant, project manager. Ollanketo most recently served as controller at Harrison College. Tomasik joined FlashPoint in 2015 and has served as associate consultant. Horth joined the company as an Orr Fellow in 2016 and has served as project coordinator.
