FitzMark Growing, Moving Downtown

An Indianapolis-based logistics services provider has announced a new headquarters. FitzMark Inc. is planning to add 75 workers at the new downtown location within a year. The company has acquired the former Cannon IV headquarters for $3 million and plans to pump more than $1 million into renovations.

It is partnering with DkGr LLC of Indianapolis on the project and says it could move from its current location on the city’s northwest side to 950 Dorman Street on Indy’s revitalized near east side this fall. FitzMark says it will receive Economic Development for a Growing Economy and training grants through the state for the move. It plans to beef up its training and professional development efforts in the new facility. FitzMark has additional offices in Orlando, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix and Los Angeles.
