Fishers Contact Center Hiring 650

Miami-based Sitel Group says it will begin hiring 500 customer service representatives and 150 claims adjusters in Fishers over the next several weeks. The company says the new full-time jobs will all initially be work from home positions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The Fishers community has been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic and as a new member to the area, we want to do everything we can to support our community with numerous employment opportunities for anyone who wants to work,” said Jay Robertson, site director at Sitel Fishers. “We’re looking for well-rounded, service-oriented individuals who want to provide customer support from the safety and comfort of their own home.”

The contact center says interviews will be conducted by video conference and all employees will have the opportunity to work from home to support Sitel’s clients. Some of its opportunities include paid on-site training, adhering to CDC and local social distancing recommendations.

“With our wide-open space and large training rooms, we’re accommodating small-group training sessions while respecting social distancing guidelines. After that, associates will be 100% home-based,” said Robertson.
