As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowFishers-based Statwax says it hopes to bridge the digital marketing gap for young professionals with a new training program. Statwax Academy will give participants the opportunity to boost their digital marketing skills and gain Google certification.
Statwax says the weekly workshops will offer training on Google Adwords and Google Analytics, along with paid search techniques in areas including video advertising and remarketing. The digital advertising agency says the academy will cover all areas of the Google certification exam in depth.
"A career in digital advertising is becoming increasingly competitive and having Google Certification puts you in a more elite group," said Kelly Hendricks, president of Statwax. "In our own search for talent, we saw a gap in experience and wanted to provide a way for interested people to get the training they needed."
The first of six free, weekly classes begins in September. You can learn more about Statwax Academy by clicking here.
